Hormone Balancing
Do you know what’s in your dope?
It’s not just fentanyl.

Xylazine is a sedative commonly used on large animals and now presents in commonly used drugs on the street. The combination of Xylazine and fentanyl is commonly referred to as Tranq Dope, Tranq, Trashcan, Steph Curry, Collateral Damage, Cardi B, 550, Rampage, or Black Mask. The combination of heroin, cocaine and Xylazine is known as “speedball”. Beware of these combinations, as the addiction to it occurs faster and withdrawal lasts longer.
Some other side effects of Xylazine that you should be weary of include:
- Rotting flesh wounds
- Development of abscesses and cellulitis
- Small discoloration (purplish) at the injection site
If you believe you have used Xylazine, you should seek medically assisted treatment immediately.
Do you feel burned-out? Maybe, it’s adrenal fatigue…
Adrenal Fatigue
Adrenal fatigue is a collection of symptoms that results from chronic life stress. Your adrenal glands are responsible for the regulation of stress hormones in your body. When you’re under chronic daily stress, your adrenal glands become burned-out, creating an impairment in your bodies natural response to stress. If left unrecognized, this will ultimately make you more susceptible to chronic disease and illness. 80% of Americans will experience adrenal fatigue at some point in their life. Despite this frequency, adrenal fatigue remains one of the most commonly misdiagnosed conditions and is often completely misunderstood in the medical community.

Hormone Testing
Black Rock Integrative Medicine uses ZRT Laboratories as their preferred testing facility. ZRT Laboratory utilizes highly specific saliva, blood spot, and urine testing kits to analyze your hormone levels. Saliva, urine, and blood spot testing are more accurate than traditional blood tests of hormone levels. The concentration of your hormones in these areas more closely mimics the hormone concentrations in your tissues, where hormones are the most active.
